Overview
JMAC jewelry is original and individually handcrafted; some variation from the images on the website may occur. Contact us for any custom orders. We take great pride in the quality of the jewelry we create and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry has arrived damaged, see our return policy below. All policies and rates are subject to change without notice and will be posted on this page.
Shipping Policy
Shipping rate options will be displayed when you provide the zip code items will be shipped to on the My Shopping Bag page. PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted. All orders received for in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days once funds have cleared. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. If paying by check, please allow at least an extra ten business days for items to ship. A $30.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Orders received prior to 11:00 AM U.S. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will ship either the same business day or on the next business day. If items are not available or if there is a delay in shipping due to our error, we will notify you. Items will be shipped by a carrier of our choice. All packages we ship are insured through the shipping carrier. If your package arrives with damage to the outside of the box, refuse to accept it from the shipping carrier or return it unopened to the shipping carrier and return to sender. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box, an APO, or a FPO address. Shipments are only available to addresses in the United States of America and Puerto Rico at this time.
Return Policy

Requests for a RMA number must be received within 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. The time period in which a RMA number can be obtained starts on the day the shipping carrier indicates your order has been delivered and ends 7 business days later.

Once we issue you a RMA number, it is only valid for 3 business days. It is important that you provide your returned item(s) to a common shipping carrier within this 3 business day period. After your return is shipped by the common shipping carrier, the transit time it takes to arrive at Jewelry by JMAC is not included in the 3 day period.

A RMA number can only be used once for a return. Each return package requires a unique RMA number.

The RMA number must be clearly written or typed on the outside of the return package.

You will be charged an additional 20% fee if items are returned without a RMA number or if returned items are shipped after the RMA number expires.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of returns with no RMA number or an expired RMA number and will send these returns back to the shipper at your expense.

You are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance for shipping returned items. It is recommended you purchase insurance on all returned items from your common shipping carrier since we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
Privacy Policy
If you sign up for the newsletter and/or promotions, your information will not be sold to third parties and will only be provided to Jewelry by JMAC trusted vendors as needed in order to carry out regular delivery of the Jewelry by JMAC newsletter and/or promotions. All unsubscribe requests from the newsletter and promotions list will be honored within 3 business days. Instructions for unsubscribing from the newsletter and promotions list will be included near the bottom of each email message.
